Job Overview

We are currently scaling our community of Sourcers. As a freelance Sourcer with Visage, you will be paid weekly per submission. You can work from wherever you want, whenever you want, all you need is a laptop and an internet connection!

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing in a global market, 3 years if you only have local hiring experience, or 12 months in a full sourcing position.
• Must have a LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite subscription or any other paid sourcing tools to use for sourcing. If you don’t have a LinkedIn subscription, your other sourcing tools must be usable to an international candidate pool.
• Must have a good understanding of the English language.
