About your first-round AI interview
You told us you're interested in a role, and you've been invited to a first-round interview. This page explains what it is, who sees it, and how to reach a person.
What this is
A first-round interview for a role you told us you're interested in. It's conducted by an AI interviewer on behalf of the hiring company, and arranged by Visage, a sourcing company that works with hiring companies.
How it works
You take the interview on your own schedule, any time before the date in your invitation. The AI asks questions about the role, and you answer out loud. It takes 15 to 40 minutes, depending on the role. You can take it on any device. It's currently available in English and Spanish.
What's recorded and who sees it
The interview's audio, video and transcript are seen by the hiring team at the hiring company, by Visage, and by FloCareer, the company that provides the interview technology.
How it's used
Recruiters at the hiring company review your answers and decide who moves forward. The AI doesn't decide, and it doesn't reject anyone.
Prefer a person, or need an accommodation?
You can ask to speak with a person instead of the AI. If you need an accommodation, or have a question about the interview, email us and a member of the Visage team will reply.
