Interested candidates are submitted to the relevant SmartRecruiters requisition stage. Recruiters review them where they review inbound applicants.
3. Existing Workflow
Your recruiters don't need to log into Visage. They stay in SmartRecruiters, managing candidates with their existing statuses and workflows.
